Open to all — guests and walk-ins welcome
Made in our kitchen.
Served with love.
Fresh, in-house, thoughtful. The Rubaroo café is a destination in itself — whether you're staying with us or just passing through Jibhi.
Our Kitchen Philosophy
Food made the way
it used to be.
Made from scratch, every day
Nothing comes out of a packet. Every dal, every sauce, every dough is made in our kitchen that morning. It takes longer. It tastes better. That's the only trade-off we're willing to make.
Home-cooked, not hotel food
The food at Rubaroo tastes like someone made it for you — because they did. Our kitchen philosophy is simple: cook the way you'd cook for a guest you actually cared about.
Seasonal and honest
The menu changes with the season, the availability of ingredients, and sometimes just the mood of the kitchen. We'd rather serve fewer things made well than a long menu made carelessly.
What We Serve
The menu
Three cuisines. One kitchen. All made fresh. The menu varies seasonally — what's good that day is what's on.

Indian
Home-cooked, from-scratch. Dal, sabzi, parathas, rice, and chai that'll ruin all other chai for you.
- Dal tadka
- Aloo gobhi
- Parathas
- Jeera rice
- Rajma chawal
- Masala chai
- Maggi (always)

Italian
Yes, pasta in the mountains. Made properly, with care. Because you deserve comfort in every form.
- Penne arrabbiata
- Aglio e olio
- Mac and cheese
- Garlic bread

Chinese
Noodles and stir-fries made the Rubaroo way — generous, flavourful, and exactly what you're craving.
- Veg chow mein
- Fried rice
- Chilli paneer
- Manchurian
- Spring rolls
